Equipped with five new computer-controlled precision automated production lines, Yidun produces 1.6 million square meters of fiberglass coated fabric and over 1.5 million fire blankets and welding blankets annually. We use high-performance fibers such as glass fiber cloth, and blended high-strength specialty fibers as substrates. We utilize methods such as blade coating, calendering, or impregnation and lamination to modify and composite various polymer materials onto the substrates according to customer needs. Our products not only possess fire resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high strength, but also exhibit various composite properties such as anti-aging, high insulation, weather resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, water resistance, and oil resistance.
