production and sales of various modified hot melt adhesives, hot
melt adhesive granules, hot melt adhesive film,hot melt adhesive
powder, functional film coating, ultra-fine cryogenic powder
grinding and die-cutting products.
Our company has multi-functional laboratory for material analysis
experiments, thermal analysis experiments, mechanical performance
experiments, and environmental experiments. Experimental workshop
with twin-screw underwater cutting testing machine, casting tensile
testing machine, scraper coating test machine, liquid nitrogen
cryogenic grinding test machine. While systematically controlling
R&D, incoming materials, planning, production, quality and
other links, our company can also simulate the processing and
application testing of different needs of customers.
Manufacturing equipment:
Our company is currently equipped with four sets of functional hot
melt adhesive film and functional film casting production lines,
Three sets of hot melt adhesive film scraper coating production
lines,basically realize the three-standard mass production mode of
standard machines, standard materials, and standard specifications.
The whole line is equipped with automatic infrared thickness
control, automatic online detection OCR optical defect recognition
system.
Our company has standardized mass production and perfect online
testing process and database. There are a modified hot melt
adhesive underwater granulation production line, it is mainly to
meet the market demand for modification of different functional hot
melt adhesives,fully automatic ultra-fine cryogenic grinding
production line, with an annual output of 2,500 tons of powder hot
melt adhesive,round knife combination die cutting and flat knife
combination cross cutting and precision slip shaft winding and
slitting machine and one set of composite unit.
Our company specializes in R&D, production and sales of TPU,
PA, PES, Polyolefins, SBS, SIS, EVA, EAA and other hot melt
adhesive series products with different materials and functions,
such as granules, films, and powders，which widely used in 3C
electronics, 5G, Automobiles, precision instruments, medical care,
luggage, handbags, sporting goods, clothing, footwear, hats and so
on.
