1.Introduction
This is a highly mobile and zero-emission heavy-duty material
handling equipment specially designed for the interior of modern
workshops and the front areas of docks. With a unique "skyscraper"
design, the vehicle can automatically cross and load/unload the
goods or containers located beneath it. It integrates electric
drive, wireless remote control/autonomous navigation, and
high-precision lifting. Its aim is to achieve safe, efficient, and
flexible turnover of pallets, large components, and small to
medium-sized containers in complex and crowded environments. It is
an ideal solution for enhancing space utilization and logistics
flexibility.
Core configuration
Drive and Power: Powered by a high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor,
equipped with a high-capacity lithium iron phosphate battery pack,
supporting fast charging and battery swapping.
Load capacity: The standard model covers a range from 2 tons to 40 tons, meeting
the needs of most workshops and inland river terminals.
Mobility performance: Four-wheel independent steering (can switch between crab mode,
diagonal mode, and spinning mode), with a small minimum turning
radius.
Control mode: Panoramic driver's cabin or industrial-grade remote control.
Optional laser/visual autonomous navigation is available.
Lifting system: Servo electric cylinder or efficient hydraulic system. The
lifting is smooth and the positioning is precise.

stern decks, crowded storage yards or workshop passageways, with
extremely high efficiency for turning and moving between storage
areas.
Precise positioning and anti-shake: The advanced drive and control system, combined with anti-shake
algorithms, ensures that the lifting mechanism or forks can achieve
rapid and precise positioning even when in a high-lift position.

360° panoramic perception: Integrating laser radar, cameras, and ultrasonic radar, it
enables unobstructed monitoring around the vehicle and obstacle
detection, automatically reducing speed or stopping when necessary.
Load safety monitoring: Real-time monitoring of load weight, center of gravity, and boom
inclination to prevent overloading and overturning.

6.Packaging&Shipping
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will
be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m
and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the
quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full
container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL
Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It
needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the
equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider
bulk cargo.
