The control system combines an industrial PC, motion controller, high-precision servo motors, and a high-accuracy battery internal resistance tester, delivering high accuracy, strong flexibility, and fast operating speed. Compared with traditional PLC and touchscreen systems, this architecture offers clear advantages in production report generation, communication and integration with other equipment, product model changeover, and production parameter adjustment.
