Fully Automatic Cap Assembly Machine Featuring Multi Station Turntable and High Precision Enclosed Cam Indexing Unit for Bottle Cap Separation

This equipment is a multi-station turntable fully automatic bottle cap separator that utilizes a high-precision, enclosed cam indexing unit. It offers high accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and a long service life. The entire machine frame and all parts in contact with materials are constructed from SUS304 food-grade stainless steel.

Designed for the automatic disassembly and separation of composite bottle caps, including plastic one-piece caps, flip-top caps, and personal care product caps, this machine can be integrated into automated filling, assembly, and capping production lines to replace manual cap separation, enabling continuous, unmanned batch production. It serves as standardized automated equipment for the food and personal care packaging industries.

The equipment uses an intermittent rotary indexing turret as its core conveying mechanism. Bottle caps are automatically fed into the tooling positioning station via the front-end feed trough. The turret rotates at a constant speed, sequentially passing through multiple sets of pneumatic processing stations.

Through the coordinated action of precision pneumatic cylinder grippers, positioning fixtures, and pneumatic material-feeding mechanisms, the entire process—including clamping, tearing, separating, and discharging—is completed. Once separation is complete, the top and bottom caps are diverted through separate discharge chutes on either side, while defective products that have not been fully separated are automatically returned for reprocessing. The entire process is automatically controlled by a PLC program, requiring no manual intervention.
