WDZ-KYJYRP is a 0.45/0.75kV low-smoke halogen-free double-shielded control cable, specifically designed for high-precision Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), DCS analog signals, fieldbus matching cabling, and other industrial projects requiring high electromagnetic interference and high fire resistance. It is an upgraded double-shielded derivative model based on the single-shielded KYJRP series control cables.
Key structural features: It employs a single-core inner shield + double-layer outer shielding system, which is its biggest difference from KYJRP's traditional single-shielded control cables. The double-layer shielding structure effectively suppresses inter-core crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, primarily used in SIS safety interlocking circuits and precision 4-20mA analog signal transmission. It is widely used in petrochemical refining, thermal power, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, hazardous waste treatment, and high-standard new energy substation automation projects.
