1.use
It is mainly used to test the thermal resistance of thin thermal
conductors, solid electrical insulating materials, thermal
conductive silicone grease, resin, rubber, beryllium oxide
porcelain, alumina porcelain and other materials, as well as the
contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal
conductivity of the material. The detection material is solid
sheet, and the enclosed frame can detect powder state material and
paste material. Instrument reference standard: MIL-I-49456A
(insulation sheet, heat conductive resin, heat conductive glass
fiber reinforcement); GB 5598-2015 (beryllium oxide porcelain
thermal conductivity determination method); ASTM D5470-2017 (Test standard for Heat transfer Performance of Thin
Thermally Conductive Solid Electrical Insulating Materials), etc.
DRL-III/V heat flow thermal conductivity meter is designed and
manufactured according to ASTM D5470-2017 standard. Our company has accumulated more than ten years of
experience in manufacturing and user practice, so that the product
performance continues to improve and mature. Servo motor control
precision automatic pressure, automatic thickness measurement
device, and connected to the computer to achieve automatic control.
The instrument adopts 6-point temperature gradient detection to
improve the test accuracy. A thermal protection device (thermal
protection of the sample) is added around the test rod in the test
head to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on the test.
Thermal resistance curves under different pressures can be
detected, and multiple parameters such as thermal conductivity,
thermal resistance and contact thermal resistance at the interface
can be measured by using optimized mathematical models. Using the
