Applications

This machine is used for dispensing AB PU resin on the surface of the panel air filter.

Consists:
1. Bucket:staingless-sleel tank of three-layer structure with stirring and automatic constant temperature-preservation functions.
2. Pump:slow-speed, high-accurate flow-control pump with precise actuating and display devices.
3. Nozzle:Featuring automatic three position-switching which includes pouring, flow inversing and flushing, without any advancing or lagging. The nozzle pneumatically dislocates after the pouring work and then the automatic flushing course starts through program control.
4. Workbench:The die set is positioned on the self-governed all-around workbench afterwards round or square seal packs or seal pack with special figure would be automatically poured.
5. Control:The temperature, pressure and the extent of pouring would all be displayed digitally while controlled automatically. the workbench is operated in accordance with the requirements displayed from computer screen.

First: Function introduction
This equipment is a two-fluid metering and control equipment, suitable for the silicone, epoxy, PU (polyurethane) and other two-component glue potting requirements.
1.Pre-treatment of glue (vacuum suction, glue A stirring, vacuum defoaming, constant temperature heating, filtration, etc.);
2.The proportion and ration of glue;
3.A good mix of glues;
4.Set the time to automatically spit glue to prevent the glue from solidifying in the mixing tube;

Third : Pretreatment

1. Vacuum suction feeding; insert the suction hose into the incoming material tank ; AB adhesive is automatically inhaled through negative pressure;
2. A glue tank is stirred to prevent glue from stratifying;
3. Vacuum defoaming, removing the bubbles generated during glue suction and stirring, and reducing the dissolved air in the glue;
4. A tank and A tube are heated at constant temperature to ensure the fluidity of the glue;
5, Filtration and dry filtration, sundries filtration to prevent sundries douplug pipeline and pump body, dry filtration of water in the air;
6. Liquid level sensors.

Fourth: AB proportion and ration

A B Tank(Gear Pump)

For no filler material inside, gear pump with its continuous glue, flow stability and other advantages for the pump filling machine first choice, gear pump is dependent on the pump cylinder and meshing gear formed between the volume of change and movement to transport liquid or make it pressurized rotary pump.
Two enclosed Spaces are composed of two gears, pump body and front and rear covers. When the gear rotates, the volume of the space on the gear's detent side increases from small to large, forming a vacuum that sucks in the liquid. The volume of the space on the gear's meshing side decreases from large to small, squeezing the liquid into the pipeline.

Fifth : Mixing Anti-curing and Cleaning
1,Mixing system(Static mixing)
1.1 Static mixing is a kind of high-efficiency mixing equipment without moving parts. Its basic working mechanism is to change the cutting state of the fluid in the pipe by using the mixing unit fixed in the pipe, so as to achieve good dispersion and full mixing between different fluids.
1.2 Static mixing mode is international standard, suitable for liquid mixing with small proportion or viscosity difference. Its stability and mixing effect are accepted by the majority of equipment suppliers and customers;
1.3 Back-suction type double liquid valve, with back-suction function, to ensure that the glue is clean, no wire drawing, so as not to drip on the product

2,Anti-solidification function

Automatic glue dispensing can be set according to the reaction time of glue when the machine stops for a short time. The time and amount of glue dispensing can be set to prevent the glue from curing after mixing.

3,Self-cleaning
Automatically clean the contact area of the mixed glue without manual disassembly to prevent the glue from solidifying and blocking the pipeline.

Sixth : Operation system
1. The flow output is controlled by the speed of the motor to achieve the required amount of material. The flow output speed is adjusted at will within the range;
2. Adjustable synchronous flow discharge adjustment enables A/B flows to flow out of the valve at the same time to achieve better mixing effect;
3. Single and continuous gluing functions can be set to meet different process requirements;
4. The whole control is controlled by Panasonic PLC, and the touch screen controls the function of the equipment;
