Compactor Feeding System

Our compactor feeding system is engineered to accept light weight and fluffy materials. The system can handle PP PE film, woven bags, bottle scraps, or other common scraps.

Our compactor feeding system with blade inside and when the machine running, inside of the blade with high speed running to cut small piece to easy to go to screw.

Main Extrusion System

Using a single screw extruder, co-rotating twin screw extruder or two stage extruder you can handle recycling a variety of thermal plastics. Defined solutions that meet each meaterials characterists.

During the extrusion process we will find unit value added savings during the material modification, filling, coloring and reinforcement stages.

Melt Filtration System (optional)

Melt filtration system can ensure the impurities will be filtered without leakage. This meets various flow character and processing requirements. To ensure the completion of high- productivity high-quality work.
