1. What if I have a defective product under warranty?

We will, at our option, either (a) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

"Refurbished" means a component that has been returned to its original specifications. We do not give refunds, credit memos.

2. How do I make a warranty claim?

For warranty service, you must begin by requesting a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from our sales.(Please refer to our “Return" policy for more detail.)
