Introduction of flush silicon pressure sensor:
HT - IQ pressure sensor is a kind of flushing diffusion silicon
diaphragm pressure sensor.The clamp pressure sensor uses disposable
silicone oil filling technology.Diaphragm feel pressure by silicone
oil is passed to the chip, the compensation circuit will be
corrected for pressure signal linear electrical signals. The card
is tightly sealed to prevent scaling, unsanitary and adhesion.
Widely used in food, medicine, wine and other health industries,
generally suitable for measuring media may be contaminated
occasions.Flat diaphragm clamping structure, easy installation and
disassembly, easy cleaning.

1. When assembling, pay attention to the coordination of the core
size and the transmitter housing to achieve the necessary sealing.
2. During the housing assembly process, ensure that it is
vertically aligned and apply even pressure to avoid jamming or
damaging the compensation plate.
3. If the medium under test is incompatible with the core diaphragm
and housing material (316L), special instructions should be
provided when placing the order.
4. Avoid pressing the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects
to avoid deformation or puncture of the diaphragm and damage to the
core.
5. Keep the pressure port of the gauge core open to the atmosphere
to prevent water, water vapor or corrosive media from entering the
negative pressure chamber of the gauge core.
