Vortex spinning has the shortest production process and the highest
product yield: Compared with ring spinning, vortex spinning can
save the roving process and winding process. Blowing and carding
equipment is usually equipped to make the production efficiency
higher and the labor less. Generally speaking, vortex spinning is
used for production, labor can be reduced by 250 %, energy can be
saved by 30 % (compared with modern ring spinning), and production
costs are lower. It is also equipped with a yarn splicer to produce
large packages without knots.

of yarn specifications and blend configurations. Meta-Aramid yarns
which are highly resistant to temperature, chemical resistant, and
flame resistant.
These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends
are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5
meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat
fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection,
Industrial application and sewing threads.
