Laser mould welding machine is the use of high energy heat
generated by laser moment, the special welding wire melting and
connected with the damaged parts of the mould, so as to firmly
connect with the raw materials, and then through the electric
spark, grinding, cutting and other processes to repair the mould.
On the basis of many years of experience in laser welding

machine for the mold industry. It can accurately repair the small
parts such as blisters, cracks, fragments and wear of the mold.

industries. Can repair all kinds of die forging steel, beryllium
copper, copper and extremely hard alloy materials. Small heat
affected zone, avoid mold deformation. Deep welding makes the
connection firm. No repair marks are left after full melting, and
there are no grooves at the connection between the raised part and
the matrix.

Applications:
It is specially designed for the repairing and welding of large
moulds such as plastics and die-casting mould including auto
moulds, casing moulds, tire moulds, plastic shell moulds for home
appliance, etc. The suspension arm equipped can be lift up and down
by electric power and rotate 360 degrees to weld moulds of 3 meters
long and several tons in weight. And the facility is installed
pulley wheels for easy motion, so that it can be moved beside the
injection molding machine to weld. It is unnecessary to unpack the
mould. Manual table equipped also fits welding of small and medium
moulds.
