General Description:

This machine (with lumped loading device) is suitable for producing large length, compact ,bare Al/Cu wire, and ACSR, aluminum alloy wire and sector conductor. The machine is driven by separate motor for each cage and dual capstan; the stranding pitch can be adjusted by Touch screen.

Main Capability Characteristic:

The machine with dual active, dual hauling capstan, its haul force is so strong that can reach to 15T. Natural wire distribution for preventing abrasion damage of wire cores when stranding. Wire pay-off tension is controlled pneumatically to guarantee constant tension in full loaded bobbin or empty bobbin. With automatic emergency stop device, in case of wire break the device can control directly every pay-off bobbin in the cage and the entire machine will automatically stop at once.

Cage

Each cage is equipped a motor to make stranding cage rotate. It runs steadily and safely cage forward rotating, reversed rotating and idle rotating can be done by operating handle. It is easy to change pitch and position by touch screen.

Close die & compact head

Behind every cage, there is a group of closing die stand and roller compressing stand, closing die stand can be adjusted forward and backward.

Wire-closing cabling or one-time pressing-drawing cabling can be accomplished by closing die stand.

Rolling compressed stand includes two pairs cross rollers. It is used for producing round or sector conductor.
