Q: How you do the quality control?

First, materials inspection by IQC
2ND, sent to warehouses.
3rd, first samples inspection by IPQC, and on-site inspection during production every two hours by various equipment and make reports for records
4th, 100% inspected before shipping out.

Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?

If for cnc machining, we can accept even 1pc to test quality; if plastic injection parts, since there would be mold cost, MOQ should be discussed between both parties to share the mold costs.

Q:How soon can I get a price quote?

Once we get your detailed drawings, we will evaluate and provide one competitive quote within 24 hours.

Packing Details:
Standard export packing:
1. individually packed by PE Foam, poly bag or PP bag packaged for protecting the products
2. Standard export carton boxes or wooden boxes
3. Use glues tape to seal cartons.
4. Deliver out by DHL, FEDEX etc.
