Product Description

ZW-series chemical axial flow pump is single-stage cantilever pump. It adopts front-open door structure. This structure is very simple and convenient for maintaining, because pump body and pipeline are not needed to be disassembled. Pump body is supported from its middle; alignment of rotor is good; packing seal is adopted, when specially required, mechanical seal can be adopted for seal. Impeller and suction nozzle match very well. When transferring abrasive materials, the only thing need to do is to change impeller and suction nozzle. In this way, the service life of pump body is increased.

Application

In phosphate & compound fertilizer industry, alumina industry, chemical metallurgy industry, chemical industry, Alkali industry, salt making industry and paper making industry, ZL-series pump and ZW-series pump can be used in mass-flow, low-head evaporation circulating system to convey corrosive and abrasive liquid medium containing solid particles. Its design pressure is 16bar, and the temperature range of medium it can convey is ～+120℃.

In the phosphorous fertilizer industry flashing station, the material of impeller and suction short pipe is Cr30, in phosphoric acid concentration station, the material of impeller and suction short pipe is 904L.

Structure Description

• Cantilever rotor, front opening structure: convenient maintenance without disassembling pump body and pipeline
• Supported from the middle of the pump body.

• Replaceable impeller and suctio nshort pipe: when the medium is abrasive, just replace the impeller and the suction short pipe, thereby improving the service life.
