1. It is mainly used for producing various sizes of WPC PVC profiles, window door profile,decking floor,ceiling panel and so on. 2. Our pvc profile machine has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.

3. Normal PVC profile production line is composed of main extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off,cutting and stacker.
4. By changing different mould, PVC profile making machine can produce many PVC plastic profile products with different shapes.

Single layer & multi-layer sheet co-extrusion line

1. Adopts different screw structure, mould design and down-stream equipments for different production requirements. Can be applicable for the manufacturing of ABS, PMMA, HIPS, PS sheet,PC, PP, PE The maximum width is 2,500mm, thickness is ranging from 1mm-12mm.

2. It is widely used for inner case of refrigerator, the case of bathtub, bathroom and household electric appliance and etc.

3. According to different material , thickness,there are different calander roll stack system avaible. 45 DEGREE style, virtical style, horeizon style or some special design.

7.Adopt 38CRMOALA high qality material with nitrogen treatment for the scerw ,barrrel ,module head and so on, so there parts can be used with wear and corrosive resisance .

With larger diameter for screw ,guarantee the main performance of sheet with good plasticizing.

For die head ,adopt advanced electric or hyduaulic exchanging device for filtering net, sothe operation was simplified
