Water Cooled Walk In Environmental Chamber Large Volume Constant Temperature
1. Walk-In Temperature and Climate Test Chambers
Able to accurately simulate a wide range of complicated natural environments, and is suitable for reliability test in industrial products. Meet GB5170.2.3.5.6-95 standard requirements of environmental testing equipment and test methods for the basic parameters of electric and electronic products under the condition of humidity, low temperature, high temperature, and constant heat.
Walk-In Chambers
Walk-In Chambers are available in a variety of models and sizes to
meet virtually any requirement and/or test application. These
chambers are big enough used for testing large size products.
There are two major types of walk-in chambers: modular and welded.
Modular walk-ins are constructed from pre-formed panels with urethane foam insulation, The temperature and humidity range must be limited due to this construction. Normally, the maximum high temperature for modular walk-ins is below 100 C.
Welded (Solid) walk-In chambers are fully welded chambers. Welded walk-ins are constructed chambers. The internal chamber is welded together to withstand more extreme temperature and humidity ranges. Due to the additional labor to construct this type of chamber, it is much more expensive than a modular walk-in.

4. Description
Flexibility for structure
The panels used in our chamber are 4” (100mm or 150mm) Thick urethane-foam sandwiched between a stainless-steel interior wall and a coated-steel exterior. An assembled box is self-supporting. So that no heavy structural members are required. Different door sizes, flooring upgrades,access ports, and other modifications are possible.
