Since its estabilishment in 2007, Bauman and Rotorcomp Co., Ltd.
has made best efforts to develop a compressed-air Purification
System, and is through a technological affiliation with U.S. Vanair
Co., Ltd. we have successfully begun home production of the
Non-Powered Deliquescent Air Dryer for the first time in Korea and
in China. With continuous research on the problems with the
existing air dryers, we are persistently in development of air
dryer that can complement and improve their functions.
Deliquescent Air Dryer can be installed in a place where the
previous air dryers could not suffice, and as it can be operated
with no power, it can minimize the operation costs and energy
consumption, and thus contribute to strengthening the competitive
power of companies as well as contries. Also through research and
development of an environment- friendly desiccant, we are preparing
a frame for reverse-export of its system and desiccant abroad
Deliquescent Air Dryer dehumidification principle
Air that contains moisture falls moisture that remains in the air
flow is moved to the upper part as it passes through the layer of
desiccant within the dryer.
As the desiccant absorbs the moisture that remains in the air flow,
it slowly melts, and the compressed air that is refined through
this process goes to the upper part of the air dryer and is sent to
the piping line. The soluble material falls onto the bottom in this
process is drained to the outside.
