Product Introduction

This product is made by thickening synthetic base oil and adding a variety of high-efficiency additives such as antioxidant, anti-rust, structure improver, etc., and refined by a special process.

Performance and characteristics

Excellent high temperature performance, oxidation stability, adhesion, especially good lubrication performance at high temperature, low residual carbon, no coking. Ensure that the product has a long service life, avoid high temperature loss of the grease, prevent the grease deterioration, and ensure the high temperature performance; can keep the chain running well for a long time; suitable for the lubrication of high temperature chains, such as high temperature baking ovens, oven chains, spray lines, paint lines, etc.

This product will form a solid film and become dry when being used at the temperature above 300℃but it still has the lubricating effect.

It can be divided into four different kinds of consistency grades: NLGI 0#, 1#, 1.5#, 2#

Packaging:

800g/pail, 5kg/pail, 9kg/pail, 12kg/pail, 15kg/pail,175kg/drum, or packaging as the customer’s request.
